· Grant Funding Prospect Research. Conduct search for good funding matches for your organization or program, and create a prospect report specifically for your organization.
· Grant Readiness. For organizations new to the process, we want to help you determine your readiness to submit and implement good applications, and to ensure that the identified funder/s is/are a good match for your organization.
· RFP Analysis. Review RFP and identify key criteria required by funder and scoring system used by grant reviewers; determine with client the “fit” for the organization; attend bidder’s conference/webinars, etc. on behalf of the client to receive technical assistance from the funder.
· Letters of Inquiry. Write a Letter of Inquiry, if required by the funding source, in order to determine the funder’s interest in receiving a full proposal.
· Foundation Letter Proposals. Write and submit a 3-5-page synopsis of the program to be funded if required by the funding source.
· Federal, State, and Local Proposals. This includes grant research and review, background research, measurement planning, and proposal preparation and submission of large-scale, single- or multi-year proposals.
· Grant Writing Package. Customized grant writing packages are available to include a specified number of grant proposals, foundation research, and grant customization to specific foundations’ guidelines and instructions.
· Services on Retainer. Threestrand Consulting may agree to contract for ongoing services on retainer. Many organizations do not require a full-time grant writer, but will contract for those services on a part-time basis. Contact us for details.
· Marketing Plan. Consultants will work with organizations to help craft a marketing plan that is specific for the organization’s service focus, size, goals, and target audience.
· Marketing Materials. Threestrand Consulting will provide basic designs for hard-copy and on-line marketing tools.
· Nonprofit Development. Consultants will guide new organizations through the process of establishing themselves as 501(c)(3)s, to include completion and submission of necessary IRS and State-specific documents.
· Strategic Business Planning. Consultants will help develop short- and long-range strategic plans for new organizations, to include marketing and resource development plans.
